HTML 5 Security Issues

Although the HTML 5 standard is still in draft, it has been adopted by most of the browser makers in the industry.  Because of this rapid adoption, there are many designers who say there is the potential for security issues.  If HTML 5′s features are not programmed correctly, security holes could remain open and allow attackers easy access to sensitive data.  All parts of HTML 5 are built in, so no plug-ins are necessary.  Since it is still in draft, it needs a standardized security, permissions, and testing model.  For more info, check out the full story here.
